First of course is the January monthly medal. No surprise here, I didn't win. Frasier got it so congratulation to him. Can't remember what was his score but playing in the same flight with him, I can assure everybody he deserve to win. He was hot and I just couldn't keep up.
Then we have the weekly games. Yesterday Pak Eric won the longest drive and the total score. So two tubes of golf balls to him. I lost everything. Again not a surprise. The first weekly game of 2010 was won by .... can't remember but it wasn't me. Need to start re-grouping to capture back some lost pride so beware Gamba, I'm going to be back soon !!!
Just to give some idea how great our golf course is, I managed to find a photo of the course given to me by a colleague 2 years ago.

You can see how close my house is to the course. In some places, you need to have tons of money to have this kind of living. I'm very lucky and so are everybody in Yenzi camp. It takes us only 5 minutes to be at the 1st hole.
We hope to get more golfers to pick up the game and join the weekly activities. I was told more golf sets are being purchased by the club for people to use. Excellent, I really hope more Gabonese will join the fun. This will ensure the course will be around for a long time to come.
